A homespun epic which explores family, legacy and belonging. An album about being a boy, masculinity in rural communities, exploring the pitfalls of pretending everything is okay, encouraging the strength in vulnerability, encouraging men to hug men, and fathers to show their tears to their sons. Melodies inspired by the traditional fiddle tunes of a childhood in rural Aberdeenshire.

A collaboration with traditional fiddle players Owen Spafford and Mikey Kenney.

Featuring great players from the London scene; Filippo Ferazzoli, Zac Gvi, Dave Hamblett and Anna McLuckie.
